The Russians hit a residential building in Dnipro with a missile during an air raid. According to Babelʼs sources, several floors of the building were destroyed.
Russia launched an Iskander missile over the city.
As of 9:30 p.m., three people sought medical help, reported the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko.
Rescuers and police are working on the spot.
