In 2006, I graduated from the Ukrainian Faculty of Philology in Luhansk University named after Taras Shevchenko. I was fond of history, archeology and folklore. Then I worked in the local history museum and wrote scientific articles. After Russia started war in Donbas in 2014, I moved to Kyiv and got into journalism. I made news and stories for Hromadske and Ukrainian Public Broadcaster. Now in Babel I write about science, space, politics and culture — simply, clearly and meaningfully. I like to remind about the events of Ukrainian and world history — with unique archival photos and interesting facts.
