In the morning, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on the city of Kostyantynivka (the Donetsk region).
The head of the regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, said that the occupiers targeted the residential quarter, damaging four high-rise buildings, a hotel, garages, and cars. Three people died, two more were injured.
Rescuers and law enforcement officers are working on the spot.
