NATO sends long-range reconnaissance aircraft to Romania. It will monitor the troops of the Russian Federation

NATO is sending Boeing E-3 Sentry long-range surveillance reconnaissance aircraft from Germany to Bucharest (Romania), the press service of the North Atlantic Alliance reports.

Planes will fly from Heilenkirchen to Otopeni. They will fly over NATO territory for several weeks and monitor “Russian military actions.” Such aircraft are capable of scanning a radius of 1,612 km, detecting enemy aircraft, positions and targets.
