The Ukrainian side exchanged bodies with the Russian invaders. Ukraine returned the bodies of 38 fallen soldiers home.
This is reported by the Ministry of Reintegration.
The department did not provide any details, noting only that the process of returning the bodies took place in accordance with the norms of the Geneva Convention.
In total, to date, the Office of the Commissioner for Missing Persons managed to return the bodies of 663 Ukrainians.
