The occupiers launched a rocket attack on Pervomaiskyi in Kharkiv region, the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov reports.
Currently, it is known about the damage to critical infrastructure and the complete destruction of two private houses. A 15-year-old girl died from the impact.
Sinegubov has not yet provided other details.
