Germany will change its constitution to create a special defense fund of € 100 billion.

The project arose after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. According to him, in two years, Germanyʼs defense budget will grow by € 50 billion. This will allow the country to meet NATOʼs target of spending 2% of its GDP annually on defense.
