At least 1,222 people have been killed in Kyiv Oblast due to the Russian invasion.
This was stated by Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova.
"Of course, what we saw in the cities in all regions of Ukraine are war crimes, crimes against humanity", said the Prosecutor General. She also called a Russian missile strike at Kramatorsk station a war crime. The missile attack killed more than 50 people.
