The Russians hit a residential building in the center of Kramatorsk with a rocket around 9 p.m. on February 1. At least two dead and seven wounded on the spot.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko.
The building was completely destroyed — there are still people under the rubble. All emergency services are working on the spot — the debris removal is ongoing.
