Another new MP in the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Levus took the oath

During the Verkhovna Rada session on June 12, Andriy Levus took the oath of office as an MP. He will join the “European Solidarity” faction.

This became known from the broadcast of the parliament session.

Levus will replace Stepan Kubiv in parliament, who died on May 18.

Andriy Levus is a public and political figure, head of the commandantʼs office of the "Maidan Self-Defense", the deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine in 2014, and an MP of the previous convocation from the "Popular Front". He ran for parliament in the 2019 snap elections on the list of the "European Solidarity" party.

In 2022, Levus joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and in September 2024, he was demobilized due to health reasons.
