In the next package of military aid to Ukraine worth almost $2 billion, the United States of America will transfer the Patriot missile battery, which will become a critical element to protect against Russian attacks on Ukraineʼs critical infrastructure.

The White House confirmed this information on December 21.

The US will train the Ukrainian military to operate a battery of Patriot missiles in a third country. President Joe Biden will announce a new aid package on December 21.
