At least three people were killed in the morning shelling of Kharkiv by Russian troops.
This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Presidentʼs Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
"The enemy launched rocket attacks on the city again. 16 wounded and three dead are known beforehand. Information is being updated, rescue and emergency services are working on the spot," wrote Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
Later, the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that 28 people were hospitalized.
