Arsen Zhumadilov resigns early from the position of head of the Defense Procurement Agency

Arsen Zhumadilov terminated his contract early and resigned from his position as head of the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA).
He announced this on August 20 at a press conference in Kyiv, reports a Babel correspondent.
He wrote his resignation letter today and will remain in office until August 31. The duties of the acting head will be performed by Oleh Klyots, the procurement director of DPA, former general director of "Medical Procurement of Ukraine".
- Zhumadilov has held this position since March 2025. Before that, he was the General Director of the State Logistics Operator (known as DOT).
