On September 11, at around 1:30 PM, Major Oleksandr Borovyk, a pilot of the 39th Tactical Aviation Brigade, died. He was 30 years old.

The pilot of the Su-27 fighter jet was performing a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia direction. The causes and circumstances of the death are being investigated.
