In Lviv, a man killed a military officer of the Territorial Recruit Center with a knife

In Lviv, at around 11 PM on August 21, at around 11 PM, a man stabbed a military TRC officer to death during a document check, in Lviv.

This was reported by the Lviv regional police and the Lviv TRC.

During a military registration check on Stepana Bandery Street, a 25-year-old Lviv man stabbed a soldier of the Lychakiv-Zaliznychny District TRC in the neck. The 55-year-old TRC soldier died in the ambulance.

The police used their service weapons during the incident and shot the attacker twice, wounding him in the leg. The man is in hospital.

The police are currently conducting investigations.
